The Erotic Life Podcast

The Erotic Life Podcast is a new audio series in production. It is set to launch mid-2026 and already has some great guests.

My goal is to create a unified space for the kink community. Whether someone engages through academic theory, the dynamics of a 24/7 household, the intensity of a scene, or by simple curiosity, I want to bring these perspectives together. It is a place where kinksters of all kind can can connect over the shared language of BDSM, regardless of how we speak it.

  • Douglas Thomas, PhD, LCSW, is a Jungian based psychotherapist. He wrote an incredible volume which investigates how the concept of soul is connected to BDSM and kink, exploring the world of alternative sexualities through the psychology of C. G. Jung and James Hillman.

Thomas is best known for his 2024 book, The Deep Psychology of BDSM and Kink: Jungian and Archetypal Perspectives on the Soul's Transgressive Necessities. In his work, he argues that BDSM practices are not inherently pathological, but rather profound expressions of the human psyche's search for meaning and transformation, which he calls "individuation".

  • Drawing on his twenty-five years as a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst, Dr. Bader demonstrates that rather than being programmed by biology or society, sexual fantasies and preferences are really psychological antidotes to unconscious dangers.

Drawing on his twenty-five years as a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst, Dr. Bader demonstrates that rather than being programmed by biology or society, sexual fantasies and preferences are really psychological antidotes to unconscious dangers. Armed with this novel theory, men and women will no longer need to feel ashamed about what arouses them or confused about what arouses others. Dr. Bader sensitively tells the stories of his patients and explains the meaning of their sexual fantasies.

  • Building on his unashamed dedication to the scene, Brody (he/him/it) demonstrates that leather and Lycra are more than just materials, but a way of life to be embodied with total integrity. He utilises specific poses, angles, and meticulous attention to detail to allow his gear to speak through him, moving past any sense of shame to embrace his kink wholeheartedly. Brody serves as a living example of how commitment and posture can transform an aesthetic into a powerful personal identity.

  • NSNS is a graphic designer and digital artist who recontextualizes the chaotic world of online pornography into explicit, animated collages. Driven by a fascination with taboos, particularly the specific fetish of men keeping socks on during sex, he blends found internet footage, digital painting, and AI to create overstimulating visual narratives that explore the intersection of lust, masculinity, and voyeurism. Since beginning this collection in 2017, NSNS has achieved significant recognition, winning First Prize at the 2024 Tom of Finland Emerging Artist Competition and featuring in international showcases such as PrideART Berlin, the Porn Film Festival Vienna, and Bator Sex Magazine.

  • Sam is the Master in his current Total Power Exchange (TPE). I personally view TPE as one of the most emotionally demanding dynamics, requiring a distinct level of maturity which Sam certainly possesses. having explored BDSM from a young age, he has developed a refined sense of sensitivity and mastery. You can see this clearly in his long-term relationship with his slave; together, they have worked hard to build the trust necessary for such a deep exchange of power.
